Meet the Photographer

NICE TO MEET YOU,
I'M REBECCA BLANTON!

I'M SO HAPPY THAT YOU FOUND YOUR WAY HERE!

Hey, I’m Rebecca! A storyteller at heart, with a camera always in hand, capturing life’s most meaningful moments. My editing style is moody, earthy, and deeply intentional—designed to feel like a memory you can still touch. I lean into soft shadows, rich contrast, and warm tones that hold space for emotion. Whether you're barefoot in a field or dressed to the nines on marble steps, my goal is always the same: create  images that feel as real as the moment did.  My love for photography started in a deeply personal way—after losing my grandpa, I realized just how powerful a single photo can be. It’s more than just an image; it’s a feeling, a memory, a moment frozen in time. That’s what I strive to give every couple I work with—photos that make you feel something every time you look back.

I specialize in capturing love in its most authentic form—the stolen glances, the belly laughs, the way the world fades when you're together. Based in North Carolina, but always ready to chase a good love story wherever it takes me.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can probably find me lost in a good book, binging my latest TV obsession, cheering on the Savannah Bananas, or listening to Taylor Swift (probably Folklore on repeat). And if there’s a karaoke mic nearby? Let’s just say, enthusiasm over talent every time.

How the Business Started

IT ALL STARTED WITH A CANON REBEL T3I IN 2016

In the spring of 2016, my grandpa passed away suddenly. I was just 14, and he was the first person I had ever lost. That summer, my family took a trip to the Outer Banks, but I wasn’t myself the grief lingered, even when I didn’t have the words for it. My mom could tell.

One day, while we were on a dolphin cruise, she handed me the family camera(a Canon Rebel T3i) and told me to give it a try. The moment I clicked the shutter, something shifted. For the first time in months, I felt present. Photography gave me something I didn’t even know I was searching for a way to hold onto moments before they slipped away. That was the start of everything.

What do we have in common?

I have a tattoo of "this is me trying", and ironically Taylor Swift sang that as a surprise song the day I got it.

I have lived in North Carolina my whole life.

My water needs lemon always!

xoxo,

Rebecca
