I’m Rebecca, a passionate storyteller with a camera in hand, dedicated to capturing life’s most meaningful moments. My journey into photography began in a deeply personal way, after the passing of my grandpa. It was through freezing time in a single frame that I discovered my love for telling stories—stories that make you feel the emotions as if you’re reliving them every time you look back.
Specializing in couples photography, I thrive on documenting the joy, connection, and laughter that make your love unique. While I call North Carolina home, I’m always ready to pack my bags for destination sessions, ensuring your cherished memories are preserved wherever your love story unfolds.
When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me unwinding with my latest TV binge, getting lost in a great book, cheering on the Savannah Bananas, or listening to Taylor Swift. On rare occasions, I might even be serenading my friends (terribly, but enthusiastically) at karaoke. Highly recommend my Spotify Playlist for all your moods!
In the spring of 2016, my grandpa passed away very suddenly. I was just 14 at the time, and he was the first person I had ever lost. It took a while for it to really sink in. That summer, my family took a trip to the Outer Banks, but I just wasn’t myself. My mom could tell something was off.
One day, while we were on a dolphin cruise, she handed me the family camera—a Canon Rebel T3i—and told me to give it a try. The moment I clicked the shutter, it was like love at first sight. It gave me something I didn’t even know I was searching for: a way to hold onto moments forever. Life moves so fast, and our eyes can’t always catch it all. But with a camera, I could freeze time and preserve those fleeting moments. That was the start of everything.
